How plans work
A request is asking Grocey to do something in your store account from Claude, ChatGPT or Grocey Chat, for example getting your orders or adding something to your cart. In the dashboard only searches, cart changes and order lookups count. Opening a dashboard page is free; opening an order page from a chat link counts as one request. On Free, requests start counting once you connect your first store; saving a shopping list counts from the start.
A Delio sign-in that also brings Żabka Jush counts as one store.
If you have more stores connected than your plan allows, the extra stores pause. Nothing is deleted. Your profile, order history and images stay, and a store becomes active again when you disconnect another store or move to a bigger plan.
