Checking your sign-in
One moment while we look you up.
Couldn't check
We couldn't check your sign-in
Grocey didn't answer just now. If you were already signed in, Try again is all you need. Otherwise, sign in below.

Your stores
No stores connected yet. Pick one below.
Connect a store
Sign in to a store with your own account. Grocey opens a real, isolated browser session and shows you that store's own page.
Opening your store's sign-in.
This starts a real, live browser session against the store you picked, so it can take a few seconds. It is not frozen.
That code or password didn't work.
The store didn't accept it. Nothing about your connection was lost, so you can try again right here.
That store didn't respond.
The connection failed before it finished. This is about the store's own session, not your account or anything you typed.
Today's limit, not a store problem.
Every real connect opens a real, live browser session against a real store, which costs real money, so Grocey caps how many can start at once. That cap is what you hit, not anything about the store you picked. Try again shortly.
The playground is resting.
Grocey pauses new connections here automatically if something looks wrong, to protect the real accounts already connected. This is not a fault with the store you picked. Check back soon.
Grocey isn't opening connections here yet.
This one stopped on Grocey's side, before any store was contacted, so it is nothing to do with the supermarket you picked or with your account there. The playground is invite-only while we work through what each store's terms allow.
Couldn't reach Grocey.
The request never left your device, or never got an answer back. That points at the connection between you and Grocey rather than at the store you picked. Check your network and try again.
Couldn't confirm you're a person.
Before opening a real store session Grocey runs a quick check that you are a person rather than a script. It usually finishes on its own in a second. If a small checkbox appeared on the page, tick it and press Connect again; otherwise reload the page and retry.
Disconnected.
This connection is closed on Grocey's side. Nothing about your account is left connected here.
Before you sign in, plainly.
-
You sign in to your own store, not to Grocey.
The sign-in screen that opens belongs to the store you picked, not to Grocey. Grocey opens a real, isolated browser session and shows you that store's own page; your phone number, password, or code goes straight to the store.
-
Grocey holds the session. This browser holds a pointer.
Once you are connected, your orders, addresses, and cart are read live from your account and held by Grocey, scoped to this connection. This browser only remembers which store you connected and a pointer to that connection.
-
Nothing else is kept on this device.
Your orders, addresses, and cart are fetched when you look at them and are not written to this browser. Close the tab and nothing about them is left behind here.
